Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs)

01

Portal Frame Buildings

These are the most traditional type of PEBs. Portal frame buildings consist of columns and rafters that are rigidly connected to each other to form a stable framework. This design offers versatility and can accommodate a wide range of building widths and heights.

02

Clear Span Buildings

Clear span buildings are characterized by their lack of internal columns or supports. This design maximizes usable space within the building, making it ideal for large open areas such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and sports arenas.

03

Multi-Gabled Buildings

Multi-gabled buildings feature multiple roof slopes and gables, providing a more visually appealing aesthetic compared to traditional single-gabled buildings. This design also offers increased structural strength and can be customized to suit architectural preferences.

04

Single Slope Buildings

Single slope buildings have a roof that slopes in one direction, typically from one end of the building to the other. This design is commonly used for structures such as warehouses, distribution centers, and agricultural buildings, where water runoff is directed away from the building.

05

Lean-To Buildings

Lean-to buildings are extensions or additions attached to an existing structure, typically with a single slope roof that "leans" against the main building. This design is often used to create additional storage space, workshops, or covered areas for various purposes.

06

Curved Roof Buildings

Curved roof buildings feature a curved or arched roof profile, offering a unique and modern aesthetic. This design is often used in architectural applications such as office buildings, retail complexes, and recreational facilities.

07

Hybrid Structures

Hybrid structures combine pre-engineered building systems with conventional construction materials and techniques. This allows for greater flexibility in design and can accommodate complex architectural requirements while still benefiting from the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of PEBs.

08

Mezzanine Buildings

Mezzanine buildings incorporate an intermediate floor level between the main floor and ceiling. This design is commonly used to create additional storage space, office areas, or observation decks within the building.

Cranes

Single Girder EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane

  • A Single Girder EOT Crane is a type of overhead crane that consists of a single girder beam supported by end trucks on either side.
  • The girder is typically connected to the end trucks via wheels or rollers, allowing it to travel along the length of the runway beams installed at the top of the building structure.
  • This type of crane is suitable for light to moderate lifting applications and is commonly used in factories, warehouses, workshops, and assembly lines.
  • Single Girder EOT Cranes are versatile and cost-effective, offering efficient material handling solutions for various industries.

Double Girder EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane

  • A Double Girder EOT Crane features two girder beams supported by end trucks on either side, providing increased lifting capacity and stability compared to single girder cranes.
  • The two girder beams are typically connected by a trolley or hoist mechanism, allowing for precise lifting and movement of heavy loads.
  • Double Girder EOT Cranes are well-suited for heavy-duty lifting applications, such as steel mills, shipyards, power plants, and heavy machinery manufacturing facilities.
  • This type of crane offers higher lifting heights and capacities, making it ideal for handling large and bulky loads with ease and efficiency.

Gantry Crane

  • A Gantry Crane is a type of crane that is supported by legs or uprights installed on the ground, rather than being suspended from an overhead structure.
  • The crane features a bridge or girder that spans the distance between the legs, with a trolley or hoist mechanism for lifting and moving loads along the length of the bridge.
  • Gantry Cranes are versatile and can be configured for various lifting heights, spans, and capacities to suit specific application requirements.
  • They are commonly used in outdoor environments such as shipping yards, construction sites, and storage yards, as well as indoor facilities like warehouses and workshops.
  • Gantry Cranes offer mobility and flexibility, allowing for efficient material handling operations in a wide range of settings.

Each of these cranes serves different purposes and is designed to meet specific lifting requirements, providing efficient and reliable solutions for various industries and applications

General Fabrication

Structural Fabrication

Involves the fabrication of structural steel components used in buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects. This includes beams, columns, trusses, and frameworks designed to support heavy loads and withstand environmental stresses.

Custom Fabrication

Involves creating unique, one-off pieces or prototypes based on specific customer requirements. This can range from custom-designed architectural elements to specialized machinery parts or prototypes for new product development.
